The Fisrt:

The Internship Position Description:
We are looking for interns to work in Customer Service Department.
The intern will work under limited supervision and perform the following tasks:

 Deal with documents and fax on customer master data maintenance, shipping instruction, COA, etc.
 Collect and analysis data of daily customer orders, delivery schedules, credit issues, recycling drums, etc.
 Create internal reports on daily basis for tracking implement of sales orders and consignment materials.
 Communicate with internal relevant functions to follow up actions on daily basis.
  

Intern Profile:
A successful candidate should possess the requisite skills and experience:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain, marketing, statistic or chemical;
• Excellent written communications in English and Chinese;
• Good Working knowledge of MS Office;
• Can work with conscientious, patient, pre-active
• Communicate well with others

The Second:
The Internship Position Description:
We are looking for interns to work in Logistics Department.
The intern will work under limited supervision and perform the following tasks:

 Arrange delivery of road, shipping and railway in line with national & Cognis SHE regulation;
 Act as a contact window between forwarder and Cognis on transportation;
 Being responsible for the cross-check of monthly freight provided by forwarders for road, shipping and railway transportation; Fill payment voucher to finance according;
 Work out all road & shipping forwarder’s monthly KPI before agreed time;
 Maintain transportation cost and lead time in SAP timely and accuracy;
 Complete transportation reports (Transportation monthly report/ISO-container tank status report/Safety stock report/OTD report/Daily container loading plan) before deadline and ensure data accuracy.
 Investigate customer complaint on transportation and report the result within 16 working hours (IKA customer within 8 working hours );
 As back up when delivery note handling clerk absence;
 Warehouse daily affairs handle and harmonization when warehouse clerk absence.
  

Intern Profile:
A successful candidate should possess the requisite skills and experience:
• College or Bachelor Degree, major in chemistry, logistics or international trading;
• Excellent written communications in English and Chinese;
• Good Working knowledge of MS Office;
• Willing to learn and take responsibilities, be able to work under pressure, within tight time frame
