Position: Trainee Equity Analyst （also for interns）
Location: Shenzhen

YJA Investments is a new investment company led by an experienced and successful fund manager and former head of equity research who has worked with international asset management companies, and local JV fund management companies. We are seeking candidates with graduate degree from first tier universities with a passion for stock investment, well developed analytical capabilities, strong communication skills, and a high degree of integrity.

In this role, you will conduct fundamental bottom-up analysis of A-share stocks. Analysts will be required to build financial models, communicate with industry experts and other 3rd parties who can help to provide insight on the prospects for particular companies, conduct fundamental valuation, and articulate the key reasons why our fund should buy a particular stock. The investment approach involves long-term strategic analysis of companies and industries. We do not do technical analysis, or employ trading strategies.

The founder of YJA has been responsible for the training and development of many analysts at first-tier fund management companies. At YJA you will have significant opportunities for skills development. High performers will also participate in the upside of the business as it develops.

Candidates with an undergraduate degree in an analytical field, and a postgraduate degree in economics, finance, accounting or business, are encouraged to apply. But the first prerequisite is a demonstrated interest in investing.
