Job Descriptions:
-Establish and maintain the HR routine operation, including personal files, labor contracts and social insurance;
-Leave/ Attendance Record maintain and report update per month;
-Maintain employee communications program;
-Assist to prepare training materials, set up training room;
-Job posting, CV screen and conduct telephone interview if needed;
-Other tasks assigned by HR Team.
Job Requirements:
-Master student of the first grade, majored in HR Management, Business Administration or related;
-Being patient and careful, paying attention to details;
-Willing to learn and good at dealing with multi-tasks;
-Good work attitude and team work spirit;
-Good communication and English language skill, CET 6 or above;
-Good MS Office skill including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
-At lease total 7 months intern from July 2009.
