哈尔滨工业大学能源学院先进动力技术研究所教师招聘启事

哈尔滨工业大学能源学院先进动力技术研究所根据学科发展需要，向校内外公开招聘教师1名。

一、招聘岗位

      讲师

二、岗位职责

教学方面

1. 承担面向研究生开设的等离子体物理、空间推进技术课程，72学时/年。

2. 进行空间电推进原理、霍尔推进技术课程建设，编写相应教材。

3. 进行电推进学科建设。

科研方面

1. 开展电推进方向的科学研究，具体为：霍尔推进技术的研究，包括霍尔推力器设计、材料以及放电特性研究。

2. 承担和参与在研科研项目。

其他方面：

1. 指导学生，具体为：指导本科生电推进领域的理论及实验工作，协助指导研究生相关电推进研究工作

2. 实验室、教研室管理任务，具体为：指导本科生及硕士生实验，进行实验管理，以及实验技能培训及安全培训工作。

三、应聘者应具备的基本条件

1. 身体健康，品行端正，作风严谨，为人正派，具有团队协作精神，并有强烈的事业心和责任感；

2. 35周岁以下，具有博士学位，第一学历应为985、211院校（特别突出人才，可适当放宽要求）；

3. 博士期间从事电推进方面的研究，在国际权威刊物发表论文，并有一定的学术影响。

4. 能轻松的完成日常教学、管理等相关工作，具有很强的教学和科研能力；

5. 系统掌握电推进方面的专业知识和专业技能，了解电推进领域的国际前沿,具备电推进领域研究能力和实验技能。具备较强的用英文撰写、发表高水平科技论文的能力和潜力。

6. 具有参与科研项目的经验；能够独立撰写项目报告。

优先条件

 从事电推进领域中的霍尔推进技术研究，熟悉霍尔推力器理论。

Job Description:

    The Advanced Power Technology Institute in School of Energy Science & Technology at Harbin Institute of Technology is seeking one motivated and dynamic candidate with expertise principally in the following multidisciplinary areas：

    Electric Propulsion, including Hall thruster designing, Hall thruster discharge characteristic and performance optimization.

 

(1) Teaching：

(a) Undertake technical courses of Plasma Physics and Space Propulsion Technology to graduate students, 72 hours/year.

(b) Carry out establishing technical course of Space Electric Propulsion and Hall Propulsion Technology as well as compiling corresponding materials.

(c) Proceed the subject construction of Electric Propulsion.

(d) Instruct students, specified as: guiding undergraduates the theoretical and experimental work of Electric Propulsion; assisting and instructing graduate students the related researching work of Electric Propulsion.

(e) Management tasks of laboratory and section of teaching and research, specified as: instructing undergraduates and master students' experiments with management duty as well as work of experimental technical training and security training.

 

(2) Scientific research：

(a) Implement the Electric Propulsion-oriented scientific research, including research of Hall Thruster designs, materials and discharge characteristic.

(b) In charge of and participate research projects.

 

Requirements：

(1) Educational background

(a) A Doctoral degree in Electric Propulsion or related areas is required.

(b) Applicants should have research experience and interests in the field of Electric Propulsion. Must have expertise with Electric Propulsion theory, hall thruster design, performance optimization and experimental skills.

 

(2) Requirements of Teaching and research

(a)  Must have the potential to achieve a significant record of research and scholarly publication in refereed journals, and expertise in Electric Propulision.

(b)  Having experiences of scientific and research projects; being able to formulate project paper independently.
