PANalytical (formerly Philips Analytical) is the world's leading supplier of instrumentation and software for X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, with more than half a century of experience. The company offers X-ray analytical equipment for industrial and scientific applications as well as the semiconductor market. PANalytical is a Spectris company and the organization in China is PANalytical Division of Spectris Instrumentation & System Shanghai Ltd. Due to rapid development of our business in China, we are seeking qualified persons to join PANalytical. The position descriptions and requirements are per following:

X-Ray Spectrometer Application Specialist (Location: Shanghai)

Position description:
Pre & Post sales application support of PANalytical's X-ray Analytical Instruments. Development of new applications & customer solutions. Customer trainings.

Candidate requirements:
PhD or Master degree in Chemistry, Physics or Material Sciences; experience with analytical X-Ray instrumentation will be appreciated; Strong communication & interpersonal communication skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken; willing to take extensive travels.
