Attention:

Responsibilities:
A Handle the legal procedure of Employee recruitment and Dismissal, Social Insurance
Transfer etc.
1. Register recruitment and dismissal, transfer account of social insurance, comprehensive insurance and housing fund as legal requirement;
2. Pay out monthly Housing Fund in Construction Bank;
3. Collect and submit application forms, medical record and invoice to reimburse medical
expense for HCCS employees;
B Record and Update the information of all kinds of leaves
1. Following up frequent employees’ absences and Monitoring the procedure of Leave
application;
2. Noting periods of absence and updating the respective information to the C&B Assistant,HCCS;
C Apply for Visa for visitors of HCCS and employees going abroad; Coordinate of immigration
for expatriates
1. Issue Invitation Letter to apply for the visa for visitors of HCCS;
2. Coordinate of Visa Application for HCCS employees who are going to abroad;
3. Prepare and coordinate of immigration issues such as visa application and extensions
etc.for expatriates;
D Providing support with the administrative processing for HR superiors
1. Assist HR Director in the consolidation of Weekly Report and other reports;
2. Support with general office work for the superior responsible, such as preparation of
Presentation documents etc;
3. Scheduling for HR superiors business trip and Carrying out the procedure of
reimbursement after trip;
4. Arrange for meetings and Prepare documents;
E Involvement in project tasks in the HR department such as outing, annual dinner etc.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. Good at both spoken and written English;
3. Good at Microsoft Office, e.g.: Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, diligent, responsible and efficient;
5. Good team-player, customer focus and action oriented.
