Summary of Main purpose of the job:
As a promising sales leader, you will play a key role in the success of F-Circles. You will work within a dedicated sponsorship sales team, managing the project processes and mentored by one of our experienced sales directors. On a daily basis you should not only be proactively selling our intelligent products over the telephone but also motivate and supervise the round sales freshmen. Our standards are exceptionally high, and from the moment you join the business, you will receive advanced trainings and developments in order to help you achieve excellence. For ambitious and talented sales executives, there is an accelerated career path to management level, and unlimited opportunity to earn.
Position:
1、Responsible to: Sales Director
2、Works in conjunction with: Delegate Sales Team, Sales Director, Marketing, Production.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives
2. Work with sales director to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis
3. Uphold the mission values and goals of F-Circles
4. Be a delegate sales example when dealing with our clients
5. Work well in a team environment giving ideas and working collectively with all members to grow your division.

Competencies & Qualifications:
 Over 12 months B2B sales experience
 The drive and determination to succeed within a highly competitive environment

 Excellent communication skills and team working conception

Monthly Income:
Salary=Base (Negotiable) + Commission + Welfare (Including Housing Fund)
