Title: Software Engineer –Support
Job Description:
This key individual will serve as Technical Support champion for both internal and external customers. The Technical Support Engineer will exercise independent initiative with the authority to act in order to meet all requirements for the customer. The Technical Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve customer inquiries related to operating the software products in their environment. He/she will ensure all issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion. Additionally, this individual will manage communications to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships. He/she will utilize information tools, training and experience to provide high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, this individual will participate in problem escalation and call prevention projects to help customers and other technical specialists increase their efficiency with our products.
Requirement:
Ø Graduates in 2009 of Bachelor or Master Degree
Ø Qualified in computer science or related major.
Ø Female preferred
Ø Good English Skill, CET-6 or above
Ø Good attitude to learn.
Ø Good Knowledge in Windows and UNIX.
Ø Excellent written, verbal communication and problem solving skills are essential.
Ø Any one RDBMS exposure.
Ø Excellent grasp of relational database management theory and practice.
Ø Constructively work together as a team, sharing ideas and resources.
Probation period: 3-6months
