Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance audit and other related projects on the Hong Kong/Shenzhen office and PRC factories of our vendors
- Assist to develop compliance policy and audit process
- Maintain Group ethical standards
- Assist to provide training to internal staff and factory personnel on compliance to relevant policies and regulations
- Advise management on actions to promote integrity and to prevent and detect fraudulent activity
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, special assignments and investigations as and when required by management
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, legal or engineering.
- Minimum five years of working experience, with two years preferably in the area of internal or external auditing in a multinational organization or international accounting firm, or equivalent experience in related discipline
- Basic working knowledge of auditing, SA8000/WRAP and local labor laws & regulations are required
- Previous working experiences in factory and manufacturing environment will be a definite advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English. Good command of English (CET-6 or above)
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Should be initiative and proactive
- Organized and detail–oriented
- Frequent traveling is required
