DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the recruitment process. Post recruitment ads internally and externally, collect and track applications, set up interview schedules.
• Administer probation schedules. Send out and collect probation review forms and prepare confirmation letters accordingly. Work with HR manager / Specialist on anomalies.
• Assist in visa application and extension for expatriates. Ensure the stock of visa application forms, send out the applications in a timely manner and make enquiries as necessary.
• Assist in training coordination. Coordinate with service provider, print materials, set up training venue, and other coordination as directed.
• Assist in leave management. Input leave amendment, ensure proper documentation and answer queries to staff.
• Set up the record and personal files of new staff.
• Assist in daily filing job to ensure organized file system.
• Assist in proceeding routine social insurance and supplementary insurance for in/out.
• All other clerical and administrative duties as directed.
