要求:
1)在校大学生（“天极广东高校网站联盟”的团队成员可优先考虑）
2)对IT行业、互联网有一定的了解
3)有活动策划、执行等经验，能认真负责做事。
4)有一定的文字工底，有活动策划、新闻报道等撰写经验，有发表过作品，有成功案例的可优先考虑
5)性格开朗，有上进心，工作细心、认真、负责；
6)每周有足够的时间来在公司办公；
7)有高校团队带领、高校网站运营经验者优先考虑；
