职位描述：

这是一个偏向用户界面设计和开发的互联网开发工程师的职位。你需要了解Web用户界面的设计原理，对Javascript，HTML，CSS/DIV，Flash和ActionScript要非常熟悉。若了解J2EE，JSP，Struts2及Spring则更好。你需要是一个自信的有条理的开发者，可以很快接手一个项目并完成开发任务。你的工作重点将会是进行一个基于Java/Struts2/Spring的Web应用的前端开发，因此你若了解这些后端的技术的话我们会优先考虑。因为身处快速变化的互联网行业，我们的进度将非常紧凑，所以你需要能够很快适应并开始工作，进行快速得开发，必要时甚至利用额外的时间来完成任务。你需要有优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力。我们会根据你的情况来决定是实习还是全职，不管如何，作为公司的第一批开发者，你将有机会成为公司的资深员工。

 

Web UI Developer

Job Description:

We have an opening for a Web Developer with emphasis on UI. Good technical skills in javascript, HTML, CSS/DIV, Adobe Flash, and ActionScript are required. Must be UI oriented and have good web design skills. Familiarity with J2EE, JSP, Struts2 and Spring is a plus. You need to be an organized and confident web developer who can take over an existing project fast and build upon it. You will be working on the front end of a Java Struts2/Spring web application, so familiarity with these technologyies and JSP is a huge plus. The timeline is very tight, so you must be able to develop fast and put in extra effort in order to meet deadlines. This is a fast paced environment and you should be able to hit the ground running. Good communication and teamwork is a must. Decision on internship or permanent position will be decided upon when the offer is given. But either way, as one of the first developers at the company, there is a huge potential to grow into a very senior person at the company.
