申请城市规划组实习 Intern of Urban Design and Planning:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

   1.  Complete drafting assignments. 
   2.  Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project. 
   3.  Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings. 

   4. Assist in the preparation of production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.  

   5. Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.

   6. Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects
   7. Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.
     Other duties may be assigned; this document is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
   1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Urban Design or closely related fields.
   2. Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
   3. Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.
   4. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and, Adobe Creative Suite software packages.
   5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite as well as overall strong computer proficiency.
   6. Experience working with 3D programs such as Studio, Rhino, Sketch-up beneficial
   7. Good hand drawing skills also beneficial.
   8. Strong attention to detail.
   9. Excellent organizational skills.

 

申请景观设计组实习  Intern of Landscape Design:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

   1. Assist in the development of landscape design details.

   2. Work with other project team members to help identify appropriate solutions for client projects.

   3. Assist in the production of drawings including planting plans, grading, and drainage plans.

   4. Complete drafting assignments by applying standardized design techniques during a portion of a project, and working from the designs of others.

   5. Produce graphic renderings from schematics by hand or computer software.

   6. Contribute to presentations and report development for clients.

   7. Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

   8. May assist in gathering data or research as necessitated by a project. 

Job Requirements:

   1. Bachelors or above in Landscape Architecture or closely related field required, Masters degree in Landscape Architecture preferred.

   2. Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.

   3. Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.
