RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Providing sales support to sales representatives
2. Preparing technical proposals and quote.
3. Respond to inquiries regarding to Air Tec.
4. Arranging/preparing bid documents, contract management etc..
5. Coordinate inside sales functions relating to the sales of complete machines,CAPs, etc..
6. Maintain updated knowledge of competitive information (products, prices, activities).
7. Maintain customer files (data base for sales activity and quotations).
8. Preparation of weekly and monthly business reporting.
9. AR collection.
10. Actively promote solutionizing concept: control; audit; monitor; install; CAPs.
11. Engage cross selling
12. Maintain long-term partnership with Engineering company & design institution.
13. Other support related to sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. University/College graduate in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years related experience in multi-national enterprise.
3. Good communication skills with customers.
4. Good computer and software operation skill (Operational knowledge of PC spreadsheet, Excel, and Word processing software).
5. Fluent in read, written and spoken English.
6. Must be a team player, quick learner with strong sense of responsibility.
