The company is founded on 9th April 1999 and situated in the Calabar Free Trade Zone of Nigeria. Over the years, due to Nigeria incentive policies and advanced management of the board, Bao Yao ranks top among Chinese companies which operate in Nigeria.
The products of the company can be classified into three categories: iron rods, single color steel sheets and compound boards. Sales of iron rods have made the largest contribution to the company’s turnover. In 2007, the company set new annual records for production of Iron rods. Production is running at full tilt and accelerated last year. With continuous efforts and struggle, the company now becomes one of three biggest steel making groups in Nigeria.
The Company’s objective is to maintain long term profitability by diversifying their products and pursuing value creating projects which recognize the importance of good social and environmental outcomes. Our company will try our best to maximize its value and the long term return to shareholders.
