职责：
1. 根据软件开发规范控制软件开发过程，并负责验收软件开发过程中形成的阶段性产品；
2. 对产品中所有的BUG进行统计分析，为项目的质量控制工作提供有效的数据报告；对产品中所有的BUG进行跟踪，确保所有测试BUG得到正确解决。
要求：
1. 计算机相关专业或外语专业，专科以上在校学生；
2.有较强英语文档编写能力；
3. 对测试流程、步骤及规范，负责编制测试计划、测试用例以及测试报告；掌握软件测试理论与方法，如代码测试、单元测试、集成测试、压力测试、并发测试等测试技术与技巧有一定的认识；
4. 良好的学习、计划、沟通、协调及文字组织能力。
