1.电子，通信，计算机专业在读研究生。成绩优秀的数学系研究生和高中阶段(含)之后竞赛获奖的数学系本科生。
2.有如下研究方向之一的优先，4G，Wimax，MIMO，智能天线，UWB，LDPC译码，Turbo译码，信道估计与均衡。
3.学习过以下专业基础课至少两门，现代数字信号处理，数字通信，无线通信，信号检测与估计，自适应滤波，编译码理论。
4.熟悉至少两种以下编程工具和平台，Matlab，C编程，汇编，CCSS，SPW，Verilog。
5.态度上谦虚好学，具有强烈的拼搏欲望和精神，善于团队合作，遵从管理。至少在公司能够实习5个月，每周工作时间保证至少35小时。
