J&F provides an internship program committed to training best law graduates and opening doors for them to the legal profession. We usually select candidates for our next year recruitment from this program. Our interns will have the chance to work with a group of experienced lawyers and to learn the fundamentals of corporate and commercial practice. Our interns are also constantly involved in high profile commercial transactions. 

The applicants to our intern program shall be: 

-the students who will graduate in July 2010 of a leading law school in China or abroad;
-possessing excellent English ability;
-passing Chinese National Judicial Exam is a plus;
-having good academic records; and self-motivated, detail-oriented and stress-tolerant.

The applicants are also expected have following working skills and characters:
-A fast learning curve
-Aptitude of facing job challenges
-Focus on work flow & processes such as document templates, procedure, training, etc.
-Teamwork & sharing; ability to collaborate
-Ability for independent thinking and to make reasoned decisions 
-Capable of clear and concise expression, not afraid to speak up
-Keeping colleagues and team leaders posted on progress
-Working with fact
-Juggling multiple demands, seeking out & management by priorities (time-management)
-Getting along with colleagues; desire to interact with strangers
