Job Responsibilities (工作性质描述): Job category: Business Development Job title: BD Project Manager The project manager's focus is to manage the execution of a web-based new business development to deliver on-line education and training programs. The new business is an expansion of Capvision's current business, will both help promote the current business, and grow into a major revenue source. The goal is to build a top provider in China for high-end professional education and corporate training through Internet technologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The project manager has responsibilities in three key areas: program production, client relation management, on-line platform building and maintenance Program production - Work with a Capvision cross-function team to understand clients' potential needs - Generate program ideas - Locate appropriate experts - QA the program materials from the experts - Moderate education and training sessions - Manage logistics Client relation management - Ensure excellent client experience - Maintain effective client relation - Help recruit new clients On-line platform building and maintenance - Help build and improve the platform - Work with vendors to maintain the platform in good working condition QUALIFICATIONS This position will require a candidate with a good balance of experience and knowledge in driving strategy, planning and execution of initiatives across an fast growing start-up company, and understanding of working with customers effectively to drive excellent satisfaction.
