Position: QA Engineer(Manual Tool)
Location: Beijing, China
Type: Full time
Introduction:
PCTC (Polycom China Technology Center) is extending its activities in China. At this position, you will be part of a global R&D team and work side by side with design teams in US. You will gain access to first-class communication technologies and develop first-class video conference solutions in the world.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with developers on the initial design of assigned features
2. Develop test plans for assigned features from functional specs
3. Work closely with design engineers in the early stages of product development to execute tests
4. Execute manual test cases and perform automation testing by using tools from development team
5. File bug reports and track records
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunication or equivalent
2. Internship experiences in data networking industry/telecom industry, VOIP, NGN and/or IMS
3. Good communication skills
4. Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
5. Familiar with software testing process, good at test case writing and result reporting
6. Familiar with bug tracking systems and understand bug life cycle
7. Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
8. Video conference industry experience is a plus
9. Test Automation Tools development experience is a plus
