Responsibility工作职责:
1、Responsible for handling and screening incoming telephone calls,update telephone list regularly;
接听并转接来电,礼貌并有技巧地回绝推销电话;定期整理公司通讯录;
2、Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel;
接待访客并做好相关纪录《访客登记表》;
3、Inform notice and responsible for fax、letters and packages to dispatch、deliver;
传达行政通知,收发每天的信件、快递、传真,做好快递发送记录,并及时统计各部门当月快递费用;
4、Responsible for management of using meeting rooms and related rules;
会议室的管理及实施相应的会议室管理制度;
5、Take care and follow up the using situation of project;
做好投影仪的借用情况纪录并追踪归还情况;
6、Hotel and tickets booking for internal staffs and customers,Take good care of star hotles and make reservation for external visitors,Be responsible for files to dispatch,register and deliver;
各类星级酒店的协议维护和续签,为不同需要的来访客人做酒店预定,并提供预定单帮助申请签证;
7、Book flight and claim the expenses of flight for Shanghai branch,Beijing and Guangzhou office on tme.;
上海分公司及两个代表处的国内出差机票预定,并及时做费用报销;
8、Make the business card for staffs;
员工名片的印刷,每日用餐清单的制作;
9、Take meeting notes
部门会议纪要的记录;
10、Other duties set by the HR & Administration Manager.
其他相关的行政事宜。
Requirements职位要求:
1、College degree or above;
大专以上学历;
2、CET-6 and be able to listen,speak,read and write fluently;
英语六级,听说读写流利;
3、Self-motivated, hardworking and fast learner;
勤奋刻苦,学习能力强;
4、Can work independently and effectively and team player;
独立的工作能力以及良好的团队协作精神;
5、Good communication skills and good service attitude, honest and responsible, elegant appearance and good manner;
良好的沟通技巧和服务态度,诚实负责;
6、Good computer skills in MS Office software .
熟练运用Office软件。
