Intern Position: Sales Dept. - Sales Assistant
Location: QIAGEN's Asia headquarter in Shanghai, China
Reporting: National Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- To take phone calls from Customers and transfer to Sales Specialist/Manager accordingly.
- To contact Singapore Ordering Dept. for order number.
- Data input for quotation management.
- To coordinate and collect feedback to Sales.
- To support Sales Dept. for administration support.
Requirements:
- University students (3rd year or 4th year). Background preferred: biology, bioengineering, biochemistry, pharmacy.
- Available at least 3 full days per week.
- Fluency in English both written and oral.
- Solid computer skills in MS Windows, MS Office, and internet platform, etc.
- Experience in a cross-cultural environment.
- Good analytical skills and ability to perform detail work, talent for planning and co-ordination.
- Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
