Business Development/ Marketing Assistant
Scope of Work:
a)
To assist senior management in daily business acquisition/ marketing needs;
b)
To help prepare related marketing documentation;
c)
To help gather related market information;

Qualification:
a)
Graduated from renowned local/ overseas university with good academic achievements;
b)
Degree in Language/ Communication/ Marketing/ Business/Public Relation/ Real Estate is preferred;
c)
1-2 year of working experience in the field of marketing/ business development/ public relation is preferred;
d)
Presentable and willing to learn and work to meet with demanding schedule;
e)
Based in Shanghai but willing to travel;
f)
Proficiency in Chinese and English is a MUST;
g)
Good at Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
h)
Well going personality and integrity is a MUST
i)

业务发展助理/市场助理
主要工作内容：
1）
协助部门董事/助理董事/项目经理等业务拓展/市场信息收集等；
2）
协助准备/撰写业务相关文件等；
3）
收集地产行业相关信息

职位要求：
1）
国内外知名学府本科毕业，学习成绩优秀；
2）
语言/新闻/市场营销/管理/公共关系/房地产相关专业优先考虑；
3）
在市场营销/业务扩展/公共关系有1-2年工作经验者优先；
4）
具有良好的书面和口头表达能力，积极主动按时完成工作任务，踏实肯学；
5）
愿意出差；
6）
必须能熟练运用中英文；
7）
熟练掌握和运用MS办公软件；
8）
诚实守信，人品端正；
9）
