工作内容
能够快捷、准确及专业地处理有关客户服务的电话查询及投诉,透过优质的电话服务与客户建立及加强良好的关系,并能向客户推销相关的银行产品。
入职条件
- 具大专、本科学历,具一年以上客户服务或销售经验者或2009年应届生可获优先考虑;
- 操纯正粤语,英文水平6级以上;
- 有良好电话服务态度、沟通技巧,并擅于建立良好人际关系;
- 打字、计算机操作熟练并熟悉互联网操作;
- 有积极进取心及团队合作精神;
工作时间
固定夜班:下午4点至次日早上8点,包括星期日及公众假期, 每班工作8小时,每星期平均工作40小时。
