Responsibility:
1. Receptionist Service
？ a. Phone calls receiving and transferring
？ b. Take and transfer message upon necessity and urgency
？ c. Visitors greeting & registration and inform related parties be visited in time
？ d. Keep reception area clean, neat and professional
2. Office Security
？ a. Implemented office security policy accordingly and strictly
？ b. Keep recording for visitors and prepare monthly visitor report
？ c. Prevent unknown people from entering office area
Requirements:
1. Interested in Admin. related job
2. Be good at typing, Microsoft (word, excel & powerpoint)
3. Good oral and written English skill
4. Could work at least 4 days/week
