一、设岗单位基本情况:

    能源学院环境工程中心现有在岗教师11人,其中教授6人,副教授4人,讲师1人。其中制冷与空调方向,目前承担能源学院空调制冷专业方向的主干课程:制冷原理,空调原理等课程。主要从事能源的有效利用:太阳能/废热源混合式热泵技术,冰蓄冷技术,热、冷、电联产等;高效换热器的研发,微小系统的制冷技术,相变换热,冰蓄冷机理的基础研究及系统的开发与应用等。

    近年来发表相关学术论文80余篇,其中被SCI、EI收录论文40余篇。现承担国家自然科学基金、黑龙江省及哈尔滨市科技攻关项目等多项研究课题,在未来3年内将承担国家级项目两项。

二、主要工作任务和职责:

1、教学方面:

  • 承担面向本科生开设的制冷原理课程,54学时/年;
  • 课程建设,具体为:新型制冷循环/制冷剂及相关的应用技术。

2、科研方面:

  • 开展制冷/热泵技术的应用方向的科学研究,具体为:太阳能复合式热泵供暖系统及相关工质的研发,吸附式及自动复叠式制冷装置的研发。
  • 参与课题组目前承担项目的研究工作。具体为:方案论证、现场安装及调试、性能测试等工作

3、其他方面:

  • 指导学生,具体为:指导本科生进行毕业设计,协助研究所指导硕士研究生完成硕士课题;
  • 参与实验室、教研室管理任务,实验室建设。

申请人需要满足或具备如下要求和条件:

1、基本条件

  • 品行端正,遵纪守法,严格自律;具有良好的职业道德,组织观念强;
  • 具有良好的团队合作精神、思路开阔,能够创造性地解决问题;
  • 自觉保守所聘岗位的机密,遵守相关法律法规和学校的有关规定。

2、教育背景和资格条件:

  • 最后学历、学位:985工程院校博士;第一学历:985工程院校;留学经历者优先。
  • 在校期间表现突出,系统学习过空调制冷方向的课程,成绩优异。精通制冷、热泵技术应用方面的专业知识。

3、教学方面要求:

  • 熟练使用 MS Powerpoint等教学工具。
  • 对于课程建设和改革具有独到的见解和思路。

4、科研方面要求:

  • 系统掌握空调制冷方面的专业知识和专业技能。
  • 了解新型制冷/热泵循环/制冷剂及相关应用技术领域的国际前沿。
  • 具备较强的用英文撰写、发表高水平科技论文的能力和潜力。
  • 具有参与科研项目的经验;能够独立撰写项目报告。

5、其他要求:

  • 具备一定的组织、规划和领导能力。
  • 可以并愿意在需要的时候接受培训。

Job Description:

   The Center of Energy and the Environment Engineering in School of Energy Science and Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology is seeking one motivated and dynamic candidate with expertise principally in the following multidisciplinary areas: fundamental research and system development and application of refrigeration technology/heat pump, effective utilization of energy, heat-cold-electricity cogeneration, solar /waste heat hybrid heat pump, ice storage technology, refrigeration technology of micro-system and etc.

(1) Teaching:

  (a) Undertake refrigeration principle course for undergraduate, 54hours/year;

  (b) Curriculum construction, in details: the new refrigeration cycle /refrigerant and related application technology.

(2) Scientific research:

  (a) Conduct research on application of refrigeration /heat pump technology, in details: solar hybrid heat pump heating system and R&D on the relating working fluid; R&D on adsorption and automatic cascade refrigeration device;

  (b) Commit and participate in the research work of the current undertaken projects, specifically as: program demonstration, on-site installation, commissioning, performance testing, and etc.

(3) Others:

   (a) Guide students, in details: guide graduate design for undergraduates, and assist the institute to guide the completion of Master project;

   (b) Participate teaching and research management tasks of the laboratory and laboratory construction.

Requirements

(1) Educational background

   (a) Final qualification and degree: a doctor's degree from 985 engineering universities is required; the first academic degree: in 985 engineering universities; overseas study experience is preferred;

   (b) Applicants should have outstanding performance, learn courses in direction of air conditioning and refrigeration systematically and have outstanding marks in the university. Must have expertise with field of refrigeration and heat pump application technology.

(2) Requirements of teaching and research

    (a) Skilled use of MS PowerPoint and other teaching tools;

    (b) Unique insights and ideas towards course construction and reform;

    (c) Master professional knowledge and professional skills in filed of air conditioning systems;

    (d) Learn international frontier of new refrigeration / heat pump / refrigerant and related      application technology.

    (e) Possess strong capacity and potential in writing English and publishing high-level scientific and technological papers.and technological papers

    (f) Have experience in participating research projects and able to compose project report independently.

(3) Other requirements

    (a) Have a certain degree of organization, planning and leadership skills.

    (b) Be able to and willing to receive training when needed.
