Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Provide ownership of Customer Service Operations including Order Entry, Account Management, Customer Service and Sales Support. 2. Understand cross functionally and interfaces within Watlow (eg. Jiading plant, Watlow Customer service team, Watlow facilities). Ensure Customer Service processes are built with cross functional teams. 3. Define, Develop and Support Import & Export Matters in China. Define, Develop, Support, Improve, and Standardize all processes related to customer service. 4. Manage customer complaint process. 5. Develop and Manage Customer Service metrics (eg OTP, OTR, etc) 6. Assist in sales management report generation. 7. Perform other duties as assigned. 8. Need to work 6 hours in the daytime and 2 hours in the evening (office or home).
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Proficient in both oral and written English. This is very important given the strong interaction with US and Singapore facilities. There is a lot of direct communication with local staffs in US and Singapore. • Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade English, Business English, Technical, or Marketing equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years demonstrated experience in Customer Service. • Demonstrated project management skill and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. • Knowledgeable of organizational planning, budgeting, sales forecasting, marketing, LEAN and COI. • Good planning and organizational skills. • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and communicate with all organization levels. • Import/Export experience and familiar with Incoterms . • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment.
