Job Position:    Assistant Manager, International Customer Service

Shenzhen Dehui is a foreign owned, premier contract manufacturer of high precision metal and plastic components to the world.  As result of business growth, we are inviting a lively and ambitious individual to join our International Business Department as Assistant Manager, International Customer Services. 

Located in Shenzhen, the applicant will report directly to Head of International Sales based in the USA.  This is a management trainee position, leading to a full manager post upon completion of one year satisfactory service.

Job Description:  Acting as the customer advocate in the factory, you will be the one-point contact between designated overseas customers and all supporting departments within Dehui.  Daily tasks include but not limited to:

- receive new business inquiries and respond with appropriate information and price quotations;
- receive new orders and respond with production and delivery schedules;
- monitor on-going order execution status and provide weekly delivery updates to customers;
- Stay in close contact with factory project management, production, quality control and shipping, you must know what is going on all issues for all orders. 
- You will detect, track, communicate and act on any deviation from the current production plan immediately;
- You will be involved in the technical and commercial negotiations between Dehui and customers.

- Bachelor's degree or above (all majors are welcome);
- Able to communicate in English with native speakers (Level 6 or above);
- Open-minded and willing to adapt to new environment;
- Great attention to details;
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
