1. Accountant/Asst Accountant
Responsibility
 Mapping of inventory unit price in GRN against AP invoice.
 Input AP invoices and AP payment vouchers (Trade) into Oracle.
 Input expense invoices (Non - Trade) into Oracle.
 Dispute cases handling (e.g. Price discrepancy, vendor return & RDR)
 Prepare the payment reconciliation (Trade & Non-trade) for the settlement purpose.
 Issue and input D/N and C/N to vendors.
 Inter-company transactions handling.
 Assist in the preparation of Accrued Purchases, AP & Vendor Return reconciliations.
 Assist in the monthly AP closing, month end & quarter end closing.
 Participate on quarterly payment tasking activities for the ROWC.
 Assist in the SOX compliance and corporate audit (e.g. Purchase Cycle Review).
 Preparation of AWSC statements reconciliation.
 Summarize weekly payment schedules.
 Non - trade payment checking comply with SOX and APOPP.
 i-Exp support and relevant T&E checking in align with APOPP.
 Any ad hoc assignments such as CPI and Project Unity.
Requirements:
Knowledge
 At least a Secondary Education with a Certificate in Accounting or its equivalent
 At least 1 year accounting experience
 With basic Accounting knowledge and transaction flows

 Computer proficient, especially in Window-based spreadsheet and word processors

2. Customer Sales Officer
Responsibilities:
Sales Role
 Handle RFQ's (For Bids & Buys)
 Stock checking
 Samples Requests by Customers
 Strategic Selling - In close collaboration with Field Sales
 Provide A Item forecasting to Product Management Team
System-Related Role
 Order Management
 SO Entry
 SO Maintenance - Advice pipeline report, back to customers, when applicable
 Part no know how
 Shipment Release, when applicable

Requirements:
Knowledge
 Must have a tertiary education
 A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support role or have worked in a customer service role handling sales-related inquiries

3. Asset Specialist / Buyer
Responsibility:
 Determine inventory forecasts and manage inventory mix and availability levels in order to increase return on inventory.
 Purchase assigned line of products and denitrify and handle purchase order reschedules and cancellations.
Requirements:
 Diploma or above in Purchasing or Business Administration
 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
 Have knowledge on electronic components with strong cost control and inventory management and analytical skills.
 Good time management skills and PC literacy on Microsoft Office applications and MRP system are strongly preferred.
 Good communication skills in English
4. Field Application Engineer
Responsibility:
 Acquire product application materials / ‘know how' to propose design solutions. Register Design Wins with Suppliers and Draw system
 Maximize Design-In pipeline dollar value through continuously providing design-in supports to customer
 Manage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design activity cycle
 Provide field application support to customers on all I/C products in the Markets of responsibility• Prepare detailed product specifications to support customer design requirements
 Conduct product demonstrations
 Provides periodic statistical reports, when required
Requirements:
Knowledge
 With a University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or its related field
 With at least 3 years providing technical application support or reference design role
 With strong experience on chip level and platform design
 Strong technical background in Analog / Power management / MCU / ARM

5. Material Planner
Responsibility:
Inventory Management
 Review forecast for advance pipeline customers to trigger shipment
 Review customer forecast and reply to customer
 Advice inventory positioning at different hubs via BT, monitoring inventory level at different hubs
 Provide inventory summary report to Product Management
 Reporting on visibility and exception
 Advice pipeline report back to customer
 Suppliers' PO qty increase/decrease against customer forecast
 Review new BOND qty and advise parts requiring better price
 Create BOND bucket, review and adjust qty
 Review current BOND SO
 Review out-bound qty
 Review CXL window
 Respond on Product Management bi-weekly Bond SO report
 Pull-in/Push out
 Inform CS for VMI part shipment
 Upload forecast to e-compass
 Check CSD
 Monitor and manage over inventory parts to minimize exposure
 Monitor high risk parts and advise Product Management accordingly
 Manage addition of new parts to be planned - ensure correct set-up etc
Requirements:
Knowledge
 Must have a Diploma in Quantitative Business Analysis or its equivalent
 At least 3-5 years in a material planning role
 Working knowledge of MRP, production lead time & cycles
 Some formal training or relevant experience is required to perform the job effectively
