职位描述：
1.协助人力资源经理完成员工招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效考核、劳资关系等项工作；
2.协助办理员工的入职、离职、录用、退工等手续；
3.协助办理员工工资及社保的核算并与外包公司对接；
4.协助办理公司新员工入职培训的协助或实施；
5.协助办理员工转正、调动、奖惩、假期、加班等手续办理；
6.协助办理各类人事数据的收集、整理与上报；
7.协助办理绩效考核资料的发放、收集与统计；
8.其它临时交办的工作。
能力要求：
1.电脑操作熟练，具有良好文字组织能力；
2.具有较强的责任心和独立开展工作的能力。
3. .应届毕业生优先（大专及以上学历）

We specialize in prototyping, tool & die fabrication, and precision metal stamping production. Our China subsidiary, Santec Precision (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, was established in 2002 and located in Malu town, Jiading district of Shanghai. It is now 80 people strong and growing. Santec in Shanghai currently export 60% to overseas market, mainly to USA & SE Asia. The major market sectors we served are telecommunication, computer peripherals, and point of sales.
