- Support sales activities and rate enquiry, provide the best logistics solution and prepare the quotation.
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and achieve the business target together with teammate
- Coordinate with the operation or accounting departments to provide the best service to the customers
- Perform others duties that may assigned
- Assist customer service supervisor and manager for any special projects
Qualifications:
- College graduated or above (fresh graduated are welcome)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, initiative working attitude and able to work under pressure
- Basic experience and background of shipping industry
- Fluent Mandarin & good command of English (written and oral) and a Cantonese preferred
- Good command of computer skill
