职位描述：

1、市场营销、语言类相关专业大专以上学历，一年以上企业客户服务工作经验，优秀应届毕业生也可；

2、熟练掌握一门外语（英、德、法、西班牙）；

3、有良好外文的阅读、协作、口语能力；

4、良好的沟通协调能力、执行能力强；

5、熟悉公司产品；

6、能熟练操作办公软件。

任职条件：

1、负责客户信息的收集、录入与更新；

2、负责异常订单（如缺少细节，待认证，未付款等的处理、跟进；

3、及时受理服务热线、Eamil、LiveChat、MSN、ICQ、Skype提醒客户上线交易；

5、负责收集、反馈各类客户建议或投诉；

6、负责协助相关部门同事进行海外客户的沟通交流；

7、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

工作地点：温州瑞安
