职位描述:
1、协助执行公司的各项规章制度和维护工作秩序;
2、负责公司员工的考勤管理;
3、负责公司全体员工的后勤保障工作,包括发放办公用品、印制名片、订餐、定水、定票、快递、信件收发等事务;
4、负责接待来宾,接听电话、记录留言、转接电话,传真收发;
5、负责与工作内容相关的各类文件、日常文书、资料的整理及归档管理;
6、完成领导安排的其他工作任务,协助其他同事日常工作,处理公司日常事务。
任职要求:
1、形象端庄大方,气质佳,普通话标准,声音甜美并具亲和力,专科以上学历;
2、工作细致认真,谨慎细心,热情,具备职业精神和专业素质,责任心强,有良好的统筹、沟通、协调能力
3、要求英语口语流利,电脑操作熟练,能熟练使用OFFICE办公软件,有较强的语言表达能力及各项事务的处理能力,工作认真负 责,积极主动;
4. 有相关前台工作经验优先
