Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintain Polycom Beijing office reception area and general sales office administration work, including but not limited to:
1. Greeting guests and answering phone queries to Sales office
2. Coordinating sales meeting, demo room arrangement and booking etc
3. Daily sales office administration work ensuring smooth running of Beijing office
4. Data entry
5. Other sales operations work as assigned
Requirement :
1. Bachlor degree with at least 1 year related experience preferred. Internship experience also counts.
2. Detail oriented, reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
3. Good communication skill, good phone manner, proficient in English.公司简要介绍：
