Job Discription:         
·         CMM measure the fixture to validate the dimension before prototype manufacture; 
·         Incoming inspection for the components;
·         CMM measure the first prototype and analyse the deviation and support to adjust the fixture; 
·         Welding quality check (welding penetration) based on welding specification;
·         Measurement for prototypes before delivery;
·         Build up and manage the measurement report and quality record;

 

Profile:
·         With experience for 3D measurement, FARO system;
·         With certificate to check the welding quality (welding penetration);
·         with capacity to use computer to build up the measurement report, excel and word;
·         with background of quality control, especially for new program launch (production trial)
·         with experience for exhaust system is perfect;
