项目简介
    花旗十分重视人才储备和对未来管理人员的培养。银行每年招聘若干优秀的硕士毕业生参加花旗的管理培训生项目。该项目作为花旗人才发展的重要战略之一，旨在选拔具备领导潜能的学生，由公司投入各种资源进行培训培养，使其成为花旗管理人员的储备力量，满足花旗在中国各地业务迅速发展的需要。

应聘要求：
1. 应届硕士研究生或工作经验少于两年的往届硕士研究生
2. 本科及研究生阶段成绩优异，奖学金或各种竞赛奖项获得者
3. 曾担任学生组织、社团机构或重大社会活动的主要负责人

[U]What a successful applicant can expect[/U]
·Intensive development through a specially designed Management Associate Program (MA Program)
·A range of challenging roles and fast track growth opportunities within the relevant banking functions
·A thorough understanding of Citi's operations in respective areas as well as the professional knowledge required for a successful career

[U]Details of the program[/U]
ICG MA Program
·A 12-month program with cross-functional assignments/rotations
·On-job-training combines with 7 weeks intensive classroom training on basic banking and financial markets knowledge and products
·Possible business streams for rotations include Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, Global Transaction Services, Risk, Compliance, Finance & HR
·Possible to work across divisions and locations
·Support mechanism through sharing, coaching, mentoring & overseas exposure

[U]Requirements of the candidate[/U]
·Strong academic record, obtained master's degree or above from a highly rated university
·No more than two years' working experience
·Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in the financial services industry
·Cross-functional interests and mobility to work in different locations/cities
·Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative
·Team-player, contributes to collective goals
·Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity
·Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization
·Strong quantitative and analytical skills
·Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
