1. Provide help desk support to users
2. LAN infrastructure support
3. PC hardware and software support
4. Hardware and software inventory maintenance
5. Provide end user training and assistance

Position Qualifications/Competencies - Required
- Familiar with PC-based applications include MS Windows 200X/XP, MS server, MS Office, MS Outlook
- Responsible, team player, self motivated and able to work independently
Additional Competencies - Preferred:
•· Good command of English speaking and writing
•· Willing to study and work independently
Required Education Level:
- University degree in Computing
