Position1: The Conference Producer 会议策划主管
Job Descriptions:
1、Report directly to the Director of Production in CFEC.
2、Take responsibility of all aspects of the conference production and project management, including business research, topic generation, market identification, program development, copy writing, speaker invitation, on-site coordination and post-event follow up.
3、Research and develop 3-4 world-class conference programs per year
4、Communicate with the industrial experts and elites to collect and analyze the information.
5、Commission high caliber global speakers
6、Manage on-site speakers and VIP
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree required. .
2、A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills
3、Fluency in both spoken and written English CET-6,TEM-8 or above.
4、1 or 2 years commercial experience with excellent learning skills in any related business area.
5、Good business understanding of China's market driven sectors.
6、Open minded with self-motivation and team work spirit.
7、Ability to work to strict deadlines under minimal supervision

Position 2: Conference Sales Executive 会议销售专员
Job Descriptions:
1、Speak to the decision makers of world's leading companies
2、Work multi-functional to independently fulfill whole sales cycle over the phone.
3、Oversee all aspects of pre-sales research activities such as industrial investigation, leads generation, project briefing.
4、Generation of new leads and prospects (local and overseas).
5、Assist in on-site conference operations when required.
6、Report to team manager about daily sales process
Job Requirements:

3、An understanding of the conference industry.
4、Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Marketing Communications or Social Sciences.

7、Working experience in conference/exhibition industry will be preferred.

Position 3: Senior sponsor sales executive 会议赞助商销售
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1、Excellent telephone manner, confidently speaking to C-level executives
2、Responsible for raising sponsorship from local and international companies for our executive business conferences
3、Working closely with marketing and production team to identify potential sponsors
4、Report to Sales Director about daily sales process
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1、People with Passion, Positive Attitude, and Hardworking Bachelor degree or above overseas study experience will be preferred.
2、Excellent communication skills in terms of good oral and written English
3、Significant commercial experience, business sense & negotiation
4、A team-worker, flexible, imaginative
5、A highly motivated self-starter with proven research skills
6、An ability to complete projects to tight deadlines
7、At least 1-2 years Sales experience
8、Working experience in conference or exhibition industry is a plus

Position 4: Event Coordinator 会议协调专员
Job Descriptions:
1、Prepares, coordinates, and assists in the preparation of event operations before the conferences.
2、Prepares and maintains administrative documentation with respect to events.
3、Responsible for database key-in, pick-up service arrangement for special guests and hotel booking related issues.
4、Follows up speakers, sponsors and related issues.
5、Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
6、Report to the Director of Production
Job Requirements:
1、Working Experience in conference or exhibition field preferred.
2、Organizing and coordinating skills.
3、Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
4、Ability to work as a leader of a team.
5、Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
6、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7、Skill in the use of computer and related software applications.
8、Records maintenance skills.
9、Ability to complete moderately complex administrative paperwork
