Our company is a global player in the logistics and transportation industry, 
with over 270 offices worldwide and a significant presence in a number of 
cities in China. We are developing our activities further by establishing an 
office in Chengdu.
In line with this, we are seeking applicants for the positions below, and 
welcome committed, passionate professionals to join our organization.
1.  Assistant of Logistics Operations, Chengdu

Specific responsibilities:
?   Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP);
?   Accept and confirm bookings to vendors
?   Perform accurate carrier allocation
?   Render good customer service level to vendors
?   Release Forwarder’s Cargo Receipt (FCR) timely
?   Update and dispatch documentation in a timely manner
?   Maintain optimal/maximized container utilization rates for shipments
?   Assist with projects 

Requirements for the position:
?   Bachelor degree with good communication and English skills (in writing 
and speaking), with CET-4 passed (Open to 2010 graduate)
?   A passionate team player with a high sense of responsibility
?   Can work under pressure

2.  Assistant of Accounting, Chengdu

Specific responsibilities: 
?   Prepare monthly financial reports/analysis for the management in a timely 
and professional manner; 
?   Assist Finance Manager to prepare budget and full year estimate as well 
as other financial projects;
?   Provide accounting support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 
regarding coding issues and other general ledger matters;
?   Maintain proactive communication with Operation Department and good 
cooperation with Corporate Finance Department;
?   Undertake additional research / analysis or projects based on business 
needs.

Requirements for the position:
?   Bachelor degree with major of accounting/international accounting (Open 
to 2010 graduate)
?   Good communication and English skills (in writing and speaking), with 
CET-4 passed
?   A passionate team player with a high sense of responsibility
?   Can work under pressure
