工作职责：
1.跟踪终端用户，了解客户对于公司产品的看法及反馈；
2.跟进来电反映的各种问题和投诉；
3.每周汇总客户的跟进情况并向公司管理层、技术经理及销售人员提供相应报告。

要求：
1.大学在校学生，每周能够上班3天左右，实习期大约4个月，兽医专业的学生优先考虑；
2.普通话标准流利，语音甜美，亲和力好；
3.能够熟练运用Microsoft Office等办公室软件；
4.具良好的客户服务意识及沟通表达能力。
