1997年12月，延锋伟世通汽车饰件系统有限公司和美国江森自控国际有限公司共同投资，成立了上海延锋江森座椅有限公司（以下简称延锋江森）。从成立之初，延锋江森就主动以全球化战略定位公司的经营方略，按全球化要求推进持续化发展。2006年，公司位列上海工业企业500强第38位。2008年公司实现销售62.87亿元，出口1.32亿美元。

Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Company was founded in Dec 1997, jointly invested by Shanghai Yanfeng Visteon and Johnson Controls.
