职位职责：
1.To Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives.
2.To improve the productive efficiency and yield rate.
3.Be responsible for preparing work instruction and SPC monitoring.
4.To collect data to identify root cause of problems.
5.To evaluate existing processes and perform the primary data analysis
6.Be responsible for process design, process documentation and process improvement.
2、Equipment Engineer

6.To creat new idea for productivity improvement.
