Software Engineer（软件工程师）

Responsibilities:
1.Implement each step in software life cycle including requirements analysis, designing, coding, and testing
2.Participate in research and development of innovative and high quality software products for measurement and automation
3.Stay current with the state-of-the-art and cutting-edge technology; apply the latest technology in software projects
4.Diagnose and debug problems in development, sometimes using other NI products
5.Write and review product documents in English
6.Take on short-term training in the United States for productdevelopment process

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
or related majors
2.Excellent GPA
3.Strong ability to solve problems and work independently
4.Thorough understanding of the following concepts and principles:
5.Operating system components and design
6.Computer system architecture and organization
7.Data structures
8.Development methodologies including object-oriented analysis and design
9.Work effectively in group development environments

Signal Processing Software Engineer（信号处理软件工程师）

Responsibilities:
1.Engage in research and development of innovative and high quality math, signal processing and simulation software products
2.Carry out and manage each step in the software life-cycle-requirements analysis, design, coding, testing
3.Work with Marketing and Sales department, as well as other R&D groups, to identify, define and propose projects

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in EE or math
2.Solid academic background
3.Good team work and understanding of communication
4.Proficiency in written and spoken English
5.Excellent software programming skills
Special expertise in one of the following fields will be a plus:
-Electrical system (power electronic, motors) simulation
-Fixed-point signal processing

Hardware Engineer（硬件工程师）

Responsibilities:
1.Design board-level digital and/or analog hardware such as microprocessor-based circuits, Embedded FPGA/CPLD， I/O interfaces, high-performance front ends for A/D and D/A systems, etc
2.Diagnose and debug technical challenges on products or problems arising when your products interact or integrate with other NI products
3.Ensure manufacturability and testability of designed products
4.Work with marketing, sales and other R&D groups to identify, define and propose projects
5.Communicate with colleagues worldwide

Requirements:
1.B.S. or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related
2.Strong understanding of digital electronics fundamentals including computer architecture and programmable logic design and/or strong understanding of analog fundamentals including transistors and operational amplifiers
3.Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
4.Qualities of initiative, persistence and teamwork
5.Outstanding communication skills, with excellent oral and written English
6.Willingness to travel to the US for work and training purposes

Technical Writer （技术文档撰稿）

National Instruments China is seeking talented, entry-level technical writers
to join the R&D organization.  Technical writers at National Instruments partner with an engineering team to develop and improve product documentation.  As an NI technical writer, you write technical documentation, collaborate with content experts to develop/enhance documentation content, and work with product
managers and engineers to improve the usability of documentation and products.
National Instruments is well-known for its promote-from-within philosophy.  Thus, as you advance your technical writing career, you have opportunities for
many new challenges, including mentoring new technical writers, managing documentation project schedules, developing and improving processes, and serving as a customer advocate.

Core Job Responsibilities
1.Create and edit product documentation according to company guidelines, including printed materials, electronic help, and other forms of documentation.
2.Send documentation through review and implement feedback
3.Collaborate with content experts to learn about products
4.Meet with technical communications group leaders to discuss documentation content
5.Prepare information for publishing
6.Evaluate industry tools and trends
7.Work with project managers and engineers to improve the usability of
documentation
8.Troubleshoot help systems as they are integrated into products
9.Research new solutions to improve existing processes
 
Requirements
1.Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Technical Communication, or other major with writing-intensive component and/or science/technology emphasis
2.Desire to succeed in a technical writing career
3.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - must provide samples of excellent writing skills
4.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability
to handle multiple projects and priorities
5.Persistence and initiative to learn
6.Strong interest in and comfortable with technology subject matter
7.Prior hands-on experience working with computers (hardware and/or software)
8.Ability to work effectively in a group environment
