About job: Visino is currently establishing a portal website focusing on Wushu which is called In-Kungfu. In-kungfu provides massive news, information and products related to the whole categories of martial arts. In-kungfu enphersizes on the promotion of triditional Chinese kungfu. Other kinds of modern martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Judo, etc., are also paid attention to. In-kungfu is also an unique portal website in Shanghai and eastern China. We are looking for a well-rounded copy editor to work with our team of Chinese editors throughout their writing projects, start to finish. Acting as copy editor, your background will ensure that writers' use of the English language is appropriate for their audience. Acting as a development editor, you will assist writers in working out strategies and approaches to writing documents.

 

Your role is to assist writers in producing quality documentation with special attention given to correct use of grammar, style, tone, and comprehension. You will work with writers in determining appropriate use of graphics, headings, figures and table captions.

Requirements:

Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal English language skills.

Bachelors degree or high level.

Working experience in Journalism or as an editor is preferred.

Chinese language skill is a plus.
