CMA CGM -- one of the leading container shipping companies in the world,
we are looking for high caliber people to join us in developing our South
China Market.
Requirement:
- Grade 4 students, ensure 5 full days for working
- PC usage ( Window, Excel, Word)
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin preferred, English level as CET 6 or above is preferred
- Improve customer satisfaction with a customer focused mind-set
- Adopt a positive attitude towards work and with confidence
- Adaptive to continuous changing priorities
Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Cooperates with other teams to handle the clients' complaints
- Supply reports as required
- Booking release, rate and service inquiries, account maintenance
- Customer assistance utilizing Company's service (equipment, routing)
- Utilize talk-time effectively and efficiently
要求：
1、在校大四学生，保证充足的上班时间（每周五天）。
2、良好的英语语言能力（书写/口语），CET 6 或以上优先；
3、良好的计算机使用能力， 能熟练运用EXCEL等工具，英文打字流畅；
4、良好的团体协作能力；
5、积极的工作态度；
6、较强的抗压能力；
工作内容：
1、协助相关部门（文件部/销售部）处理海运提单的制作及修改；
2、妥善处理客户要求，正确解答客户问题；
3、为有需要的部门和同事提供相关report。
