　　EVIALIS has built a new site for manufacturing premix feed and additive feed in Shandong Province. The plant is located in Qingdao Hi-Tech Zone, it is the world’s most advanced premix plant.
　　On the same site, an advanced and modern laboratory (300m2) has been built to test raw materials used. This laboratory was designed according to the European Standards, based on the LAREAL requirements. There vitamins, micro elements,amino acids, medecines undergo thorough research. Thus, thorough testing ensures products quality.

　　公司同时拥有一个300m2先进的现代化的实验室（投资400多万元），可以测试原料。这个实验室是根据欧洲标准设计，基于LAREAL设备，可以化验维生素，微量元素，氨基酸，药物等。因此，精确的化验结果可以最大程度的保证产品的质量。

    Analyst（化验员）

    Requirements：
    1.At least two years working experience in Lab
    2.Familiar with chemical analysis
    3.Bachelor’s degree
    Responsibilities：
    1.Analyze clients’ orders(time limit, restrains) and prepare the production schedule,
    2.Analyze results and control their coherence,
    3.Validate results with control subjects,
    4.Implement and validate new analysis during production transfer,
    5.Check replacing faulty parts(preventive and curative simple measures) and look after service providers maintenance,
    6.Save data,
    7.Inform lab manager about any relevant information,
    8.Audit the lab production department and write reports,
    9.Suggest possible preventive and corrective actions.
