根据标准操作流程为会员提供电话接听/呼出服务
处理会员的意见和咨询，解决会员的问题
记录并及时向主管报告会员投诉问题
完成主管交与的其它工作
岗位要求：
大专及以上学历
普通话流利 ，口齿清晰
基本计算机操作能力，MS Word、Excel
细心， 耐心，认真负责
有电话客服经验者优先
欢迎应届毕业生
