博能传动有限公司成立于1992年，是制造机械传动产品的专业化公司，目前拥有温州、苏州两个加工工厂，建筑面积17万平方米。博能传动（印度）有限公司成立于2008年，为博能首家海外公司。
Established in 1992, Boneng Transmission Co., LTD specializes in the manufacture of mechanical tranmisstion products. It has a total building area of 170,000㎡, with two assembly plants in Wenzhou and Suzhou. Boneng Transmissiton (India) Pvt Ltd is the first oversea branch company founded in 2008.
博能产品主要有通用齿轮箱、工业齿轮箱、蜗轮箱、行星减速机、功率覆盖0.12-9550kW的标准系列，以及各种专用、组合和非标设计产品被广泛应用，并有骄人的成绩。目前拥有优秀的研发制造人才，国际一流的加工、检测设备，在中国各中心城市设有本公司的办事处，为客户提供及时的应用咨询和服务。
Boneng manufactures a wide range of mechanical tranmisstion products like General Gear Units, Industrial Gear Units, Worm Gear Units and Planetary Gear Units with power coverage 0.12-9550kW, supplemented by specific, combination and non-standard units required by different industries. Backed by the top R&D and manufacturing talents and the first-grade processing and testing equipments in China, Boneng has been in the forefront of this industry. 三、岗位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，机械专业；

二、招聘岗位：技术员（ 30 名） 工作地点：苏州
三、岗位要求：

2、 机械专业基础扎实，动手能力强；
3、 熟练制图，熟练操作Auto CAD等设计软件；
4、 英语六级425分以上者，英语口语流利者佳.
5、 有志于齿轮传动设备设计、研发.
