职位要求：
1、大专以上，广告相关专业优先，形象气质佳，对客服工作感兴趣；
2、工作积极主动、认真负责、有条理性，善于在工作中总结、改进和提高；
3、具备良好的沟通技巧，亲和力强，头脑灵活，责任心强；
4、抗压力强，能即时理解客户要求，准确传达客户意愿；
5、性格外向，善于沟通，具有较强的敬业精神和客户服务能力；
6、对广告事业充满热情。
