Work Location:

Education and Experience:

1.       Mechanical/Automation/Instrument/Optical/Electronic related educational background, bachelor or master degree, or equivalent

2.       0-1 year directly related experience.

 

Requirements:

3.       Provide on site customer support in installation, system upgrade, trouble shooting, PM, CM, etc, for customers world wide

4.       Provide off site support remotely (meaning staying at Applied Xian office)

5.       Installed base analysis

6.       Involve in trainings to both internal and external customers, documentation, etc.

7.       Main interface: local account engineers and managers, technical and business management colleagues in headquarter, customer engineers, etc.

8.       Travel ~50% of one year

9.       Good communication skills& English skills

10.    Dedicated and motivated to the work
